Good day Sir/ Madam,
Please advise procedure to get police clearance from South when residing Namibia. Can fingerprints be taken at the High Commission in Windhoek?
Thank you
The receptionist at the High Commissioners office refuse to accept application for a study permit unless proof can be given that the school is registered with the department of higher education, even after proof that the school is exempted from registration at the department of higher education has been furnished. Proof of registration with Services Seta and international registration with ITEC were also given to no avail. WILL APPEAR THAT TOTAL INCOMPETENT PEOPLE ARE HANDLING REQUESTS.NO TELEPHONES ARE ANSWERED, ABSOLUTE SHOCKING SERVICE
Dear Sir/Madam,
I will be travelling on holiday to Namibia from South Africa in April. (18- 30 April).
My passport expires on 23 October 2016.
Will I have a problem, seeing that it is 6 months and 3 days valid when I enter, but coming back it will be valid for 5 months and 24 days.
If I apply now for a new one I have to pay double fees (R800-00) because it is more than 6 months before it expires.
Please advise,
Kind regards,
Ronel Viljoen

Why do you give telephone numbers if no one answers the telephone lines????? It is absolutely shocking and pathetic the lack of service and the lack of visibility of an institution such as an Embassy. SHOCKING !!!
I studied the above-said short course with UNISA last year (2015), but did not made it. During the same year December 1, I registered myself and emailed the deposit slip and other qualification. Up to know, I did not receive any feedback from the institution. I wrote to them on several occasions, but received zero feedback. I am concern about my deposit money...Please help me to get feedback from this institution or to get my money back. My student no: 78272793. The contact persons are Moatso and L. Roux dealing with the short courses in the department of Law - VerLoren van Themaat Centre for Public Law Studies. Contact Details are as follows: +27+124298306 Email: moatso1@unisa.ac.za
