HORRIBLE, Absolutely horrible service. What do we have to do in order for the lines to be answered when calling?? - You can't contact home affairs, you cant contact the south African high commission, nobody answers, nobody can assist, this is horrible for Namibia!!!
Good day, Could you please advise me which papers my sister will need to apply for a new SA passport. Her old one expired and got lost 5 years ago and She was told she needs to go and apply in Windhoek. How long does this application take and can she apply for a temp travel document in the mean time?

I want to apply for SA Citizenship en Passport. I am born Belgian but have been living in SA since 1962 and went to school there, got married to a South African, had children and we are now living in Namibia on a work permit.
