Dear Commissioner
I am South African based in Soweto and was exiled in Tanzania for many years. I have just found my child Mmapula Rebecca through face book since 1992. I am trying hard to have a repatriated to SA as she has even lost her mother. She is struggling to get a passport despite my efforts to write letters to authorities assuring them of her safe journey to SA and home. I need your assistance in getting a passport for her. Please advise. Her number is 716 762 953. I am currently employed by the Dept of Water and Sanitation and will be responsible for her well being here at home. High Commissioner Chiliza knows me as I worked with him in Dar es Salaam.
I even attached my SA ID: my cell 0832768195
