I am Tanzanian well talented in music instruments.I would like to become a producer therefore I seek for the scholarship to get educated in South Africa.
I am writing this to all of you who are South African Citizens living in Tanzania. We approached the SA High Commission in Dar Es Salaam to help us as my Partners passport is being held by the Tanzania Immigration Authorities without any reason. The SA High Commission are not even interested in helping their citizens when it comes to issues like this. Please all be aware. If you are a South African living in Tanzania, even your own fellow countryman are not prepared to help you.
