I have ordered home security equipment from www.PerimeterSecurity.co.za and after making full payment of more than 12,000.00 Rands, they started keeping quite. After sending several mails, I got a small reply from Toby, who is handling this, that he was in UK attending some personal business! This was last Friday, and assured me that my shipment is already with the shipper. And again, silence! After sending several mails again, yesterday, after 5 days, I am told that unfortunately the shipment was flagged for inspection. Can you believe you this? Shipment with the shipper for such a long time? And still hanging around there? Again, not a word from them on what happened and nothing about shipment details. If the shipment was really handed to a shipping agent, they would surely get some shipping information. Here there is nothing. I think that I have been a victim of some scam and need your help.
Very surprising also that their website has no telephone contact, they say contact will be given once shipment sent! There has to be a reason on hiding the phone contacts, maybe so that they may not be traced quickly.
Please kindly help as I do not want to lose so much money.
