BAD SERVICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I applied for a vis, reference: GWF044764705, leaving on the 13th August to visit my son in the UK. Now I have a problem as the doctors are going to do a back operation on me in August and I will only be able to travel in March 2018. My application and passport has been handed in. Will it be possible to change the dates of the visa to next year? I can not find a person to speak to. I find it a very unfriendly environment and are very frustrated.

Please help me, or give me an reply to the e-mail. No one wants to talk to me.

Innefficient Visa Application Centre Johannesburg
Regarding the Visa Application Centre, Gwen Lane, Sandton. It is the most inefficiently run centre and an absolute discredit to the UK and a huge dampener on anybody getting excited to visit the UK. Making an appointment is a joke, so be prepared to spend 2 - 3 hours when you go there plus an exorbitant parking fee. South Africa Home Affairs does a better job.

Uk passport
Please be aware that you can request the application forms and apply by post. You do not HAVE to do it online. Nor do you need to pay agents exhorbant fees to do it for yoy.It really is an easy process. I have done hundreds for free to help people that are being ripped off by agents.it's a shame the passport office allows it's citizens to be extorted. Pretoria will not help!!

My sisters health issue
My sister is experiencing some grave mental issues. She has been given a letter from a prominent doctor to get attention immediately as she lands in the UK. She is in grave need of care and therapy and I am wandering if you could help me and my pensioner mother get and the help she needs. We do not know what to do and what we do have is a letter from the doctor ( who has worked with the NHS)to motivate urgent assistance
