I applied for my visitor's visa send to New york office september23/2014 of my visa application to visit london I don't know where my passport is? Sent a student visa extension application many weeks ago and included an overnight return envelope. Got an email that the extension was approved, but no passport. They wont answer emails or fax messages. And I have found no actual human being at the end of their various phone trees. If anyone out there has a phone number that they answer, please post it.
Thank you for processing my visa and sending it back to on a very timely manner. We were really impressed by this Visa Center. I read many negative comments and was afraid my visa would not be issued on time, however, that was not the case. I sent my documents in on December 8, received an email that they would need 12 days to process (normal 15 days). Received an email that my visa was issued within only 11 days and was mailed out by the 12th day. Today, I received my passport back. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!! :)

I applied for a two day viator visa since I'll be going through UK to Accra for my father's funeral. I applied November 24th 2014 and my trip is on December 18th. Up till now I've heard nothing. They sent an email to acknowledge that the package has been received. Now I withdrawn my application about 10 days now and I've still not heard anything. Please I'm begging you I need to go and bury my father on the 17th please help me. I'm really desperate. Im travelling to India this saturday. Have applied for a DAT visa to travel through London. I got an email saying they received and opened my visa application on 25th nov 2014. I didnt receive any status update till now. I have 2days left.

Hi, I applied for my visitor's visa since November 22 2014. It is now December 8th. I inquired by email, after they told me they received my package and documents, to find out the status of my application. To my horror I received a reply stating that my application was denied and were sending me back my documents. Then I received another email stating that they have found my application and it is still waiting to be seen by an officer!! My God! I have to fly out by next week! This is so unacceptable! I am at my wits end. For those of you who don't know their contact info, it is: 212-745-0200. As for the email, you have to go through a process from their website whereby you enter your details along with your questions. Fingers crossed!
