You can not reach anyone at any British consulate in the USA at 2 p. m. during normal business hours. British nationals should be ashamed of that kind "service".
I sent my passport from st Lucia via ups to British consulate in new York I sent it on 13/03/2013 they got it on 14/03/2013 . Visa issued 20/03/2013 and said in email passport will dispatch our office and will be delivered via ups rts st Lucia listen to when 13/07/2012. What a bunch of jokers. I also paid for overnight deliver. Today is 26/03/2013 still no passport. I've contacted worldbridge since you cannot get anyone in the consulate which is ridiculous. I've now 26/03/2013 got email from worldbridge saying it will be delivered 2-3 business days at British high commission St.Lucia. when its supposed to be at ups so I can collect it.I still don't have a ups tracking number.
I have been in the UK in several times , I always wanted to go back home to visit my parents through London, first because of the cheap ticket flight and it availability. I applied a month ago for a tourist visa in San Francisco by mail to NY, on the website it sais Thr processing time is 3 weeks , I have been denied the visa on the 4th, but my passport is still not send to me after 3 weeks. I called twice the hotline customer CRAP Service I paid every single time about 40$ talking to the stupid agents promising me that's I am gonna get my Passport in couple of days or the trucking number will be send to me in 48 hours, and the result it's the same. I tried to call the SF Embassy a couple of times by leaving them several voice messages and explaining them my emergency to just get back my passport by no visa needed anymore, but still didn't help!!! Now I am in awkward and critical situation which is : I am in possession of ticket fly through Germany and I resigned from my job and gave notice to leave place am renting all by the end the month!
My QUETION !! How to get a hold of the People holding my passport for NO REASON ???????????????
