i dnt know about the child tbh but they will throw u at 1300 :/ bcoz it clearly states in the immigration rules that they will take the month u have earned the least amount of money and times that by 12.. in ur case 1300 multiplied by 12.. nd that wont meet the financial requirement.. did u not consult a solicitor?

I strongly suggest you consult a good solicitor before applying. I can refer you to a very sharp solicitor's firm in East London. We've used their immigration services resulting in 3 successful spouse visas in our family Alhamdulillah.

dont worri that should be ok.. bcoz it clearly states on the document for casweworkers that any overtime is allowed to be added to the amount earned and it will count towards to monthly income.. so as long as uve earned minimum £1550 (including overtime) a month, u should be ok :)
