But before i was applying for my hubby visa i consulted with an immigration solicitor at UK .. he was like it wud be fine.
Sorry to break it to you but Everyone has to conform to those rules , no exceptions.
Even if you have no rent or bills, you still need to be earning 18600 for a couple to apply for spouse visa.

the of 18000 is for those who have to pay rent bill etc.
which i dont have to as the property is own by my dad.
You need £18600 per annum as per new rules unless you are getting carers allowance or dla where adequate maintenance is looked at.

I have applied for spouse visa for my hubby, I live in UK in my family house which is quit big enough and my dad's own house. My income reach up to 500 pound a month. as i dont need to pay rent nor ny sort of bill. and i have attached my dad's supporting letter which say i wouldnt be payin any sort of rent.
So would it create ny problem for me as my monthly income is just 500 pound.??

Hi everyone. I have been waiting for my spouse visa so fe last year jan. got rejected in march 2012 and then appeal and alhumdolillah to my hubby got call letter...
It means that they are still looking and checking the documents you sent.They are probably waiting for ie job confirmation ect...to be sent back from (organisations) the details you provided in the application.

My husband has had written dem n email a month ago and in
Reply they had written that "we have processed ur application
But we could not make any decision until we do inquiry about Ur
Documentation"
So Wat does it really mean tho ..?!
I think you should send them an email.Make sure you send the email from your husband as they may not disclose anything to you unless your husband has given them authorisation in writing.
In your email put the following info in (copy n paste)
- The applicant’s full names in the order written in the passport
- The applicant’s full date of birth
- The applicant’s nationality
- The applicant’s passport number
- The date the application was made
