From what I've experienced, I wouldn't advise you to do any upfront payments regarding vacancies & travel costs. However I would advise you to check with your local Embassy/Consulate.

Scam victim
I also received a job offer from a person named Nelson Moonas,he needed a private tutor for his kid, made me pay for documentation that are supposedly from the UK home office, foolish of me to make money gram payments.Does anyone know which steps I should take to get my funds back?

certifier to certify documents to be submitted to HSBC bank,UK
I stay in Colombo. I want documents, photocopy of my passport and utility bill to be certified to be submitted to HSBC bank,UK.Pl let me know the telephone number and the physical address of a certifier.
HSBC advised me to contact WWW.legal500.com
Pl advise me where I can contact a certifier.

Attestation of CIMA Certificate
