I would also like to highlight the great difficulty I am having in renewing my passport. The service is appalling and is not user friendly. I could not print out the online application as my printer would not print out the document in the format online. It would be more helpful to actually have people in the call centre who weren't drone's and only able to give one answer for everything, "That's not our Department". Who's 'Department' is it ????? Where can I get information regarding my application ????? You have my money !!!!

I wish to visit Australia but my passport has only a few months left on it . Can I use it now or will I not be permited entry to Australia and back.
I just wanted to highlight the difficulty in getting my British passport renewed. What is most disappointing is that even when you call you do not get to speak to anyone who can tell you anything meaningful and I am still awaiting a promised call back. The new website is next to hopeless as it advises a 4 delay in renewals when I am told that 6 weeks is more usual. Not really good enough given that service through the NZ post office meant a 2 week turnaround.

Is it possible to write to you with a stamped addressed envelope and get an application form to renew my passport. Instead of doing it all on line which I find rather difficult. Not the filling out of the form as that is straight forward . But unfortunately I do not have a printer so doing it on line is problematic.
Appreciation any help with getting some forms or pointing me in the right direction to get them

I have an expired passport which I got roughly between 1985-1987.when my father passed on we lost them and be then they were expired. It has been 27 years and I wish to renew my passport. I have not got the passport number.What is the process to renew my passport?
