Ancestry Visa
In 1977 I had a UK Grandparent Visa, I am planning a trip to UK shortly, Is it possible to get this transferred to my new passport or do i need to reapply and provide the Grandparent birth certificates (difficult)?
If so which form do I complete and how long does it take, cost?

Which form do I fill in?
In 1977 I had a UK Stamp of Patriality (SOP) in my NZ Passport and have worked in UK and have a NHI number, but since then have had 2 passports and no UK SOP. I am married to a British Citizen, my mother was born in UK, and both my grandparents were born in UK. Do I have to apply for Right of Abode (ROA) or will they have my details still on record to renew either SOP or ROA. Please can someone confirm which application form I need to fill in to renew my SOP.

Tourist visa in U.K.
I am a Chinese mainland passport holder. I am living in Auckland for nearly 4 years now with student visa. I will finish my study in the university in early December, I wish to go to London from Dec to Jan. I have to come back in Auckland after the trip because in January I have to take a 5 weeks TESOL course (English Teacher Training Course) in Auckland. My student visa is expired in March. After the TESOL course I will go back to China. That is my situation now. My sister is studying in London at the moment, so I am planning on visiting her in London for the Xmas and New Year. I am just wondering if there are any good chances for me to get the tourist visa to U.K in my case? If I am eligible for applying tourist visa in U.K, what documents do I need to provide?
please let me know via : dani919xiao@yahoo.co.nz

Hello,

I lost my British Passport a few months back but it has recently been handed back to me. I reported it lost / stolen with the police. Is the passport still valid?

Pregnant with Maori baby and trying to deport me
I am pregnant and my partner is Maori from Gisborne. We have been travelling round for just over 6 months and found out I am pregnant. My tourist visa has run out and they are trying to deport me. My partner has just started working so we can start a new life together on the east coast where he is from and support our baby. I've phoned immigration New Zealand so many times and told them my situation and they just told me to leave the country now or they'll deport me. My partner supports me here in New Zealand and is the father of my child. I don't want to leave New Zealand. What can I do?
