Hi, I have a spouse visa which has expired with my NZ passport, both visa and NZ passport expired in 2012. Do I need to re apply for a spouse visa or can I still use this visa?
Hi I am GBR citizen and desperately want to go home. I have a 3 year old daughter - I can't take her with me - how unfair is that!!! I have not been able to get answers from UKBA and Migration line in London who have asked me to contact you. I have been trying and will keep trying or I will just pop into you office... not angry just very confused about paperwork as I have 3 different stories and am not sure how I can get her to come home with me
I have rung the Auckland office numerous times but no one answers the phone,why?
i am in the uk at present on a 6 month visitors permit...i am returning to nz this saturday and would like to apply for either a work or spouse visa on my return,where do i go to do this and is an appointment needed....many thanks.
