Its a disgrace!
I have been trying every morning calling the Italian Consulate in London to make an appointment to renew my passport. I started in January and I am still phoning. Why is the line always busy. What does one do to renew a passport? I am really annoyed, because my passport expires in April 2018

Passport renewal
It has been a very difficult time to get through passport renewal section in the consulate. This is the second time l am complaining. I was on the website tried numerous times to book an appointment but the site doesn't get you through. I tried to ring and the line is always engage for over 2-months which is very usual. Please my passport is almost expired that's why l want to renew and nothing else. Could you please help us in any alternative ways to do that or make things easy for us to renew our passport because we are all getting stress about this problem. Thank you very much

DECLARATION OF VALUE
Hello!

My name is Khurshida Radjapova. I am from Uzbekistan. I graduated Bachelor's degree of Industrial Management faculty at Bangor University as an international student in Aug, 2017.

I have recently received my Bachelor's diploma and now I want to apply for Master's degree in Italy (Turin University). But when I went to the Italian Embassy in Uzbekistan for the pre-enrollment procedure, they told me to bring me one document: Declaration of Value of my UK diploma which is done by the Italian Embassy in London.

Therefore I am sending this message to you. I would be so much pleased if you provide this document

Thank you
