Dear sir/Madam
I posted my daughter's passport for renewal through post on 30th June, 2017 with her old passport, postal order,other documents and photos which were required.But after a month now have not received any email confirming that they have received it. So please I want to know if it has been processed and ready.

Dear sir / madam I sent my son's passport for renewal through post on 19 May 2017 with his old passport & postal order & other documents & photos which are required ,but after so many days I don't get any type text or any confirmation that they received it . If a non Italian married to an Italian and has requested for citizenship in Italy before residing in UK with same Italian, how can the citizenship alreadyrequested in Italy still be valid.
Could I please speak to a human being NOT a recorded message?? I haven't always got access to internet services so cannot sort this out online. It must be hard for pensioners who find themselves alone in this country without any help. Why are you not more caring of your fellow countrymen who you are supposed to be helping? I am very very frustrated and upset !!
I & my family have applied for schengen visa on 27th Feb at VFS-Italy and have got Schengen visa issued for 45days. Not sure, when all of us hold ILR how can we travel 26 countries in those 45 days with 2 kids. Its are mere waste of money spending 250GBP. I know that France issues even 1year schenegen visa. Has anyone faced similar issues.
I send all the required documents last year on the 6th of June and so far I didn't received nothing till now, could you please let me know what's going on or what happened to my Passport?
Wrong consulate dress impossible to get in touch by phone posse someone post some clear information as how to get in touch. Can one attend in person?
