Comments on this Consulate-General
I had filled online for appointment in italian consulate in London by mistake instead of Moscow by mistake .
Now IAM not able to register in the Italian consulate in Moscow. Saying already registered with London .
Wat to do please guide

I sent my daughters renewal documents through as her passport was due to expire on 18 April 2018. I know the information has been received by the Consulate office (on 27 March 2018) as I sent it using the signed for service. Her new passport has yet to arrive and we are due to go awY shortly. Have tried to contact the passport office all week, keeping the redial button pressed constantly. Today I tried over 350 times and always got the user busy signal. How do I find out if there is a problem with the information sent or if the passport is due to be sent to us shortly? Your response would be greatly appreciated.
I’m tired of getting in touch with the phone line all time busy, getting frustrated is there any alternative way to make an appointment.. our passport has expired since two months ago. Please can someone help us to renew it. Thank you very much
Welcome all suggestion please!!
I am trying to book an appointment to renew my passport, but the line is engaged all the time. Please, offer a new alternative to book an appointment!
my passport will expire in soon! I really need to renew my passport! Please, read the people message and help us!
I applied for the AID card one year ago, I received no answer from you guys. I went to the Consolat the security guard told me that they are going to close. I'm asking which in London have an open time 09:00 am and the closing time is 12:00 noon? Don't you guys don't shame? One year to someone for I been waiting for AID, this is totally ridiculous. When you call the line is always engaged, then if you send a document they never received it you have to send it again then to wait for the answer all life.
