I have tried to contact you several times, even resorting to pressing the redial button every second, for a whole hour! Still the line is engaged? What is more worrying that I am not the only person to feel like this and there is no answer or solution to this serious problem.

Dear sir,l'm trying to book an appointment during 1 month but the phone line are busy continusly l called thousands of times but always busy .how can I get appointment for renewal of passports of my family. They are passports will going to expire next month. Please help me l'm very worried. l request please do something for renew. Thanks
Sono settimane che ci provo a chiamare ogni mattina e non riesco a entrare in contatto per fissare l'appuntamento.
Ci deve essere una alternativa! Non e' possibile!
Ho inviato diverse email al consolato e ricevo sempre una risposta automatica che mi dice di contattarli via telefono!
Un ciclo vizioso che non finisce?
Oggi sono stato al consolato, ho fatto la coda fuori e pure dentro... e neanche in persona sono stato in grado di fissare questo appuntamento!
Sono stato anche maltrattato dai miei connazionali che lavorano li'!
Ho spiegato all'impiegato che ci provo da settimane a chiamare e mi e' stato risposto che ci sono persone che provano da 6 mesi e quindi nel mio caso 3 o 4 settimane non sono niente!
Ma e' possibile una risposta del genere?
Mi sembrava uno scherzo di cattivissimo gusto e dopo mi sono reso conto che purtroppo e' la realta'che noi cittadini italiani (io nel caso anche inscritto pure all'AIRE) dobbiamo subbire.
A pensare che per rinnovare il passaporto britannico, si fa' tutto via posta senza alcuno stress!
Non ho parole per descrivere la mia frustrazione e il quanto sono delluso dal servizio che ci da' la nazione.
I AM GETTING VERY STRESS NO ONE IS PICKING THE PHONE UP ..I HAVE BEEN DOING ALL I CAN . ITS VERY BAD I NEED TO RENEW MY PASSPORT.
It's frustrating and worrisome to note that the consulate telephone line is always busy, this's a joke and there should be another alternative than phone call.
Please the consulate should do something about this, stop stressing us.
The same thing applies to Uffio A.I.R.E it take a citizen more than one and half years to get registered on the system.

It seems that it is impossible to contact you via the telephone number 020 7936 5900. I have been trying to call the Notary Office for weeks now,frustratingly it is always engaged, after many hours trying on different dates/times I have yet to hear a ring tone.
It is very important that I speak with someone. Please provide an alternative number.

This service is very worrying. Like above we have been trying to book an appointment for the last 2 months. The number is BUSY from 08:44 to 13:05...then it goes to a recorded message.
PLEASE advise what is the alternative...this is now CRITICAL !!!!
its becoming a joke now, I have been trying for 3 weeks everyday to ring to get my partners passport renewed all I get is a busy line.
why does no one answer???
