Dear Sirs,
Do you offer the facility for a meeting to discuss this matter. My mother was Italian and my siblings and I have been trying to take Italian citizenship to honour a promise made to my late mother before she died. We have been trying since June 2016 by letter, telephone, personal visit and online diary system to progress this matter in London with no success. Can you help us please?

It was good facility for visa application in Glasgow but disappointment during holidays season consulate closed
