funziona male. service dai staff pessimo.
I have been trying to get an appointment for renewing/Making a new passport, but it is turning out to be an impossible mission. I tried to change the Embassy to Manchester and now I cannot log into my account.
I wounder whether is easier to make an English Passport rather than renew my Italian Passport.
I have been living in UK for 8 years and i would like to avoid change my nationality. Any suggestion?
I am trying to book an appointment, and it's frustrating having to wait until 11pm to logon and get an appointment. I've been refreshing my web session for the past 1/2 hr and nothing appears to be released. Why is there a 3month wait, no wonder Italy is in such ruin. They should work a longer day a normal week and they might get more done!
It is almost impossible to get an appointment using the Prenota system. People including myself are clearly trying for weeks. Any system that requires people to stay up until 11pm at night hoping another day's appointments will be released is ridiculous. Please release more appointments for the months ahead, and at a normal time during the day.
I lived in Puglia between 1st August 2007 -1st October 2008, in Ceglie Messapica (Brindisi 72013)
I took Italian residency No AO2263492, my codice fiscale is CRR GND 47A15 Z114S.
I have returned to the UK, but need to have a CRB check for my job.
Please can you tell me how to go about getting/paying/cost of, for the Penale Certificato and have it posted back to the UK?
