I'm a Palestinian and I have Egyptian Travel documents
and I left Egypt last December and I have stamp for one year to be out of country to keep my visa valid as I have 3 years Visa will expired on Aug 2016
and I will be not able to go back at this time so my one year stamp will be expired so is anyway to extend it from here and don't have to go back
I would like to make a power of attorney for my lawyer in egypt, how can i get the form? and what are the documents and fees required.

what are the requirments to renew my sister's egyptian Passport. She has a green Card and lives with her son and her daughter in Seattle. She is ready to mail me her old expired Passport and her egyptian national ID if it is needed . How many pictures needed for her new Passport and what size. Thanks
