I tried to call the above numbers several times and left voicemails and unfortunately did not get any replies.
I have dual citizenship but I need to renew my old Egyptian passport (old version) or get a new Egyptian passport. Can you please let me know the process for this.
In addition, I would like to issue a national ID for my daughter, who is US citizen. Can you please let me know what are the requirements.
