الجمارك حجزت هدايا أولادي
السلام عليكم
أنا مصري مقيم في تنسي و أولادي بمصر أرسلت لهم بعض الهدايا و هي جوال ٦بلس مستعمل و كذلك أيفون ٥سي و ساعة ذكية صيني و ايباد و تابلت
هديه مني لتفرقهم في المدرسة و كله مستعمل و الان اكثر من شهر كل هذا محجوز في مصلحة الجمارك بمطار القاهرة و اخيراً وافقو علي الإفراج عنها الا الجوالات و الساعة بحجة انها بها كاميرا ،،،،، وقالوا انهم سوف يصادرها لحساب الدولة و لا اعرف ماذا افعل ،،،،،

PLEASE ADVISE IF EGYPT HAS FAVORED-NATION STATUS AND IF DUTIES ARE APPLICABLE ON PRODUCTS IMPORTED FROM EGYPT FOR SALE: PRODUCTS WOULD BE PRIMARILY HAND-EMBROIDERED COTTON ITEMS.

How to reach to anyone?
I have been calling for more than 2 weeks all branches and no response at all , mailboxes are full, no answer .... How the hell can we do any type of paperwork or even get infos... Any one know why LA embassy is not responding?

How disable person can renew his passport or ID
My husband is disable and his brother in Egypt and I do everything for him if I am there, can I have his passport renewed, issue ID or issue power of attorney to me and his brother without him going to Los Angeles? We Live in Sacramento and he cannot travel because of his disability!!

Need Non Criminal Record for my Father
I'm a US citizen and is sponsoring my dad for immigration visa. Since my dad worked in Cairo 1985-1987, the visa officer asked him to provide non criminal record for his stay in Cairo. Could you please tell me what we need to do to get this record? He is almost 80 years old and can't travel to Egypt.
