I wanna ask which income they consider if my income is £24000 but after deducting personal allownces its £17600. The tax is charged on £17600.
My case is on hold am wondering if its the reason that taxable income is less thn £18600
My yearly invome after tax is 15,500 does that sound round becuz monthly before ta i earn 1550 monthly

i am withdrawing my application too and making a fresh applictaion as iv been put on hold too when i shudnt have the other option i have is visitor visa but will most likley make a new app.. been waiting 9 months too long

sunset i got a letter from bhc asking for more docs its 2 months still not heard from them and its 6 months nxt week in total that i applied.im really stressed out ad its my dead babys first birthday in 2 weeks i need my husband at this difficult time of my life i wish they could feel how hard it is for us all...plz pray for me all...xyz yes they can ban spouse visa if u give fake papers in..MAY ALLAH help us all.....oh yeah sunset as someone said ur decsion is wrong trust me its only wrong if u was forced to marry like them lol
