Person, depressed and Khan
Asalaam alaikum

Person: if that is the case then it's fine, I was confused with the different amounts.

Depressed: my email address is simiah_12@hotmail.co.uk

Khan: I am not really bothered with what you think as your opinion is of no value to me. Quick question: if my hubby moved to the UK, would you have said the same for him? No; exactly that's my point so why is it different for me?

I'm abit confused as you keep contradicting your statement as you previously said you earned £17,600 after allowances which you are paying tax on but now I see you mentioned your earnings are £16773 that are taxable.

In either situation you will be on hold as the income threshold requirement at this present time is £18,600, wait and inshallah the income threshold requirement will be in our favour.

XYZ, Han Ji, Sam, Akbar, heartless kurri, Person and Depressed
Asalaam alaikum

XYZ: yes spouse visa or any type of visa can be banned if you provide counterfeit documents or if your application is based on a lie.

Han ji: Drama Queen? Please elaborate.

Sam and Akbar: inshallah it will all go well for you both, my duas are with you. Ireally hope you are united with your loved ones soon inshallah.

Heartless Kurri: inshallah sis you will hear soon, May Allah swt unite you with your hubby and may your baby rest in peace...ameen. I know the decision I have made is right for me so it does not bother me when people say it's wrong or call me all sorts of things as you may have seen on this forum, for me my marriage is important so it does not bother me at all and neither do I have anything against any of them. I just make dua that Allah swt unites everyone with their loved ones and guides us all.

Person: it's not possible to have an annual income of £15,500 and then earn £1550 every month. You have to be earning £18,600 to be earning £1550.00 on your payslip.

Depressed: sorry to say but they will be considering £17,600 as that's what you are earning and paying Tax and NI on, your not technically earning £24,000 as that's allowances which you are not earning. Are these allowances being reimbursed to you by the company?
