Please forgive me if someone doesn't agree with me! Our FO is Khusra they dont have any say or concern that how they treating our young ones and insulting, Bullying not replying, Holding-up caese. Not every is an angel! Them also big time CROOKs. Yes poor fellow do little mistakes and look how they behaving Animals with no HEART, gets £ 1000 per application and still not happy. Our FO need to get up and Kick their ASS to settle visas with in 30 days, 21st century for haven sake. Every thing is computerised with fiber link! We must swear at our FO not doing their job to keep up citizens dignity.
@ akbar, im with u there mate!! Akbar id advise you wait until we hear about that settlement priority visa, in sha Allah im waiting for that and then going to Reapply.. Probably go back to see my husband as well!!

Your husband's application for settlement has been received by this office on 12/11/2013. This is currently being processed with ongoing checks. Our External Customer Standards for settlement applications are to process 95% within 12 weeks and 100% within 24 weeks.
Unfortunately, some application are currently taking longer than usual to conclude.
He will be contacted through Gerry’s visa application centre once his case is concluded and his documents are ready for collection.

Income minus personal allownces is £16773
So the total income on which tax is due is £ 16773
Am a bit confuse which income are they considering
if ur incom is 18,600 before text then u r fine if ur incom is before tex not 18,600 then they can put u on hold.x
can anyone help me i applied 11/6/2013 but i did not heard anything of them,i am waiting since last 9 months but they did not send me any letter or any ph call i dont know what they are doing i dont know i am on hold or not ? dont know what to do?can u help plz.
ur right but after the out come of the appeal is known they can appeal it again and take it to supreme court which coul take 7-8 months and appeal it again which will take another 7-8 months im not waiting 2 years sorry ...
guys [on hold] please don't withdraw your spouse app, even if u apply again they will refuse or put u on hold for something els.the government want to show that they have lowered migration of non eu to uk before next election. that's why they are taking so long in granting visa's delaying at every stage if your on hold it just means your income was a bit low just hold out the law will change before the next elections the pressure is on them to lower the thrash hold to around 13500, and even if u apply again your still going to have to wait 7/8 months before they reply, probly asking for more doc or put u on hold again. please have a bit more saber
