can spouse visa be banned for 10years?
Sabs: it is a big decision I agree but it all depends on how you see things in life, I don't see it as the biggest decision in life as my biggest decision was made when I married my hubby. When we marry; we make commitments to our partners and them commitments and promises are way bigger then these small issues of where to live as the country don't matter it's all about being together.

WOW. That's a BIG decision. In sha Allah he will get it. I keep getting asked my mates will you move to pk if he doesn't come. I keep telling them that he will come I can't afford to move over there lol. Your husband will get it In sha Allah

Ali: yes you would receive a letter confirming why the ECO has put your application on hold and what evidence you can send to support your income. If you have not recieved this than you are not in hold and have just recieved a generic email or letter they send to everyone.
Saj: I have been doing istikhara for a while now that's why I have said it's my decision as I would never do anything in life without consulting Allah swt. I know exactly how you must be feeling waiting around as I am in the same boat as you and I know how hard it is but it's the faith in Allah swt that keeps us going. I make dua you get a positive reply soon inshallah

see thats what im trying to figure out, if i was on hold i would receive a detailed letter not a template with reasons of why am i on hold right, i have not received this at all, thats what im trying to get in my mp secretary head , that i am not on hold and still the same usual further checks/income are being made
You will receive a letter from BHC informing you that you are on hold and you can send extra evidence to support your income otherwise you can wait or withdraw your application.
They will email you a copy of the letter and also post one out.
My hubby recieved this after 7 months from submission date
