Allhamdulillah.I got my visa.applied on 10th Nov n received my passport on 30th Jan.Allhamdulillah.Shukar hai Allah ka..Allah sub ki madad karay amen.

i left my email id for Celina
it was addressed to Celina only

someone else email me but it wasnt Celina, i wont mention any names but you know who you are, its okay you dont need to apologise.

but i guess it shouldnt take too long cuz its only minor mistake
i think it should be reviewed n shouldnt go to court

your solicitor needs to write a letter to embassy explaining everything.

i dont understand why your solicitor said it wont be needed, is he/she that stupid!!!
you trusted him

i know what your going through coz i was in same situation.

i didnt get solicitor involved.
i looked up on GOV.uk site.

but i did ask other people who had applied for settlement visas but everyone has different situation

remember one thing its always best to give more evidence than less, as long as its related to application

It was a employer letter that they needed but its my solictor who said to me u wont need your employer letter when u got ur accountant letter..ive got a right to appeal..but can plz any1 help me how is the process of appeal?

did you mean letter from you employer confirming your income?
or contract of employment?

they did ask questions all related to application e.g where were you married? where did you meet? have u got any children? what does your wife work as?
