Asalaam alaikum

Inshallah the appeal process would be easier as you can prove the concerns the ECO has raised with the evidence you have from the tax office and employer. Inshallah it will not go to court as they will review your case before it goes to court.

I know someone is going to moan about me sharing my holiday details but as you have asked so kindly I will share and ignore the remarks made by some people.

Flights cost £2,000.00 per person to both destinations and hotel costs were aprox: £6,800.00. All other expenses like food, taxi and shopping budget has cost just over £8,000.00.

We stayed at one & only Reethi Rah in Maldives and Kempinski Hotel in Dubai.

Visited Biyadhoo Island Resort, old Friday Mosque, Alimatha Island and HP Reef in Maldives.

Visited Burj Khalifa, Wild Wadi, Desert Safari, Burj al Arab, Jumeirah Beach and Hatta Mountain. Visited all the shopping centres, had seen all the places before as I visit Dubai every year but so love this place that I can't get enough of it. If you ever plan to go let me know.

Sunset yes no doubt ALLAH is above all and knows best for us. To be honest I am happy to have time to spend with family here and can more tours this winter. I will talk today then decide what to do. But I am in favor of appeal because employer has paid tax where as HMRC has also confirmed. But let see what will do. Ufff Maldaves and UAE nice visit plan. If you don't mind to share proper plan of your visit and expense?

Janisa I applied in May-13,

Asalaam alaikum

Inshallah you all are in the best of health.

Naveed: Allah swt is the best planner of all and inshallah there is good for you in this situation. Jazak'Allah for your guidance to others for when they go to collect their documents. May Allah swt make this process easy for you, will you be appealing or resubmitting your application? I went to Maldives for a week and Dubai for 2 weeks.

Hussain: you should send all the evidence you have to support your appeal as it will make it easier for the judge to make a decision in your favour inshallah.

Losing my mind: inshallah Allah swt has something better for you and will reward you for your patience.

Faroda and Heera: to make a complaint you will need to email them on: complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Set out your complaint clearly and briefly, including dates and any reference numbers where possible.

Heartless Kurri: inshallah you will hear soon, May Allah swt reward you for your patience and unite you with your husband. Ameen

Asslam O Alikum Wa Rehmatullah

Sorry I could update you because I was on some office visits. I received a call the day before yesterday to collect my documents. I went to Lahore yesterday. And got Refusal only the tax payments for three months are not showing in HMRC record. And all other requirements are OK mentioned by ECO. I've email refusal letter to solicitor, let see what he will recommend me.

I want to share my experience after reading refusal letter and also my recommendation for all.

1. Reach in time before 11'O Clock to collect your passport with a ID card copy. There may be 2 or 3 applicant at that time. Reaching in time will be help full for you. Operators on all counter will fresh and listen to you care fully.

2. Delivery counter operator will give you a Performa to sign. In which Gerry mentioned all your particulars (Name, passport number, Gerry reference number etc) and declaration that your documents envelop is sealed. So sing that paper and also write date just beside your signature. And get a copy of that paper. That will be help full for you to explain that which date you collect your documents. Operator will refuse you but insist him to get a copy. Must get a copy of that Performa.

3. Date on refusal letter was 07-08-2014 but I received 26-08-2014 and BHC allow applicants to submit appeal with in 28 days. So if we will go the refusal date than we already have lost our 18 days. But BHC mentioned that 28 days will be start from the date of collection of refusal letter. So get option 2 Performa copy to confirm the documents collection date.

4. BHC replied my email in March-14 that BHC put me on hold and no further documents will be accept. But ECO mentioned in refusal latter that you have not provide any further documents after we put you on hold. First ECO replied me no more documents but now saying you didn't provide any further proof. So I think you must send BHC updated documents to support your case even if they said no more documents.

5. Sorry to say many solicitors are just earning money. They change their decisions on many times. I told my solicitor that I should send BHC HMRC tax payments letter to support my applicant but he replied No you should wait for their decision as ECO mentioned in his last email no more documents. ECO also mentioned in refusal letter that your solicitor unable to justify tax payments in additional documents. So read your self or discuss with other solicitor before making any decision. Through this forum I read many solicitors suggestion for refuse applicants to resubmit or spouse visit visa.

6. I belong to 3rd world country and my opinion also consider 3rd degree. I requested many times to my family in UK but they reply that solicitor knows very well. I talked to solicitor once but then he did not ready to reply my questions any more.

If any one on this forum can guide me better.

All above was my experience and recommendation. I am not a solicitor but Sunset and many on this forum guide me very well. Sorry if my words hurt any one.

I am hope full ALLAH knows best for me. And InshaALLAH all will be good soon.

May ALLAH SWT grant all visas Ameen.
