Which ill be best to Apply For French Nationality sir,

directly file a suit before the competent French court in France by engaging a French lawyer (OR) Else With submitting a petition in prescribed form, with supporting documents (attested, apostilled and translated if need be) to the Greffier in charge of the dept. of French nationality in Paris.

Kindly Advise sir, Which option is Good to Get The CNF.

You can ask for french nationality certificate by submitting a petition in prescribed form, with supporting documents (attested, apostilled and translated if need be) to the Greffier in charge of the dept. of French nationality in Paris. You can also directly file a suit before the competent French court in France by engaging a French lawyer.

i Rajalakshmi Born in 1989 Registered in Pondicherry,My Father Born(Late) in 1950 Registered in Pondicherry, and dead in 2013 Registered in pondy, Marriage in 1973 Registered in Chennai bcoz my mother born 1954 in Chennai(Alive), My Grand Father(Father side) Marriage in 1944 Registered in Pondy. No opted for french Nationality from my Grand Father (Father Side). First Time Looking for french Nationality. Is there Eligibility for Nationality?

If you were born in French India, before 16.08.1962, you should study the effects of the Franco Indian treaty 1956 on you. If your birth was after tha said date, you should prove that either your father or mother was of french nationality or conserved it at the time of your birth. After 5o years from 16.8.1962, most of the applications for CNF are refused u.s 30-3 of french civil code. Yours sincerely

my mother had got french nationality in the year 2009 and she had register his marriage in year 2014 but still now not yet received her marriage certificate and livret de famille she got only the nationality copy , please tell us what are the document we have to receive from consulate , and tell me suggestion to get this paper , if we contact higher official it may happen means please give me there contacts

To get french nationality
I was born in Pondicherry and my dob is 22nd January 1971. We are settled in Pondicherry for more than hundreds years. My grandfather worked in French government, but I don't know whether he submitted his option @ French consulate to become French citizen. My father worked in Chief-Secretariat as PA to Labor commissioner. Both are expired. Please help me whether it is possible to obtain French nationality.
