To get french nationality
Sir,

Thanks for your reply. My mother got married in the year 1967, so this option is not eligible. Can I opt for my grand-mother (paternal relation) who married Pondicherry residence. (My Grandfather, grandmother and father are expired). But I have the proof of my grandmother married grandfather.

Sir,
You were born on 22.01.1971. To get french nationality certificate you have to prove that either your father or mother was french at the time of your birth. If you don't know whether your father was a frencn citizen optant, please verify the situation of your mother. If she was born in India outside Fr.India and married before 16.08.1962, you can claim fr. nationality through her, Yours sincerely

Madam,
Please verify whether you entitled to claim for CNF.
Sending an application to Greffier requires no expenses. Result may be communicated after 10 to 22 months. In case of refusal you may appeal (recours) to Law minister. also free.
To file directly a suit before a court TGI in Paris, you must engage a french lawyer in Paris. You have pay his/her fees plus bailiff's fees. Disposal of case will take about 2 years. If you fail, you will be ordered to pay costs. You may appeal to Cour d'Appel and finally to Supreme court on on points of law. I advise you to seek at first the advocate's opinion, Yours sincerely
