This site may not be seen by the etat civil of Fr.consulate. Therefore please contact the etat civil either in person or by email. They may ask you to present fresh application for capacite de mariage with fresh documents, or at least new certificates of birth of the bride and bridegroom. Yours sincerely

You want to get fr. nationality. You have to send an application to the Greffier of fr nationality department in Paris for a certificate of fr.nat. You can also file a suit before TGI court in Paris for declaring that you are of french nationality, For this you have to engage a french advocate in Paris. At first please consult your brothers who acquired french nationality by their marriage. I suppose that they are in the same condition as you. Therefore they can suitably advise and help you. L'art 24-1 du code civil concerne la reinteration par decret.Elle est soumise aussi aux conditions et aux regles de la naturalisation J'ai deja indique la poassibilite de la reintegation ou naturalisation dans ma derniere reponse. Il parait que ce site n'est pas vu par le personnel de CGF pour vous repondre. Donc vous etes prie de contacter un avocat francais en France pour mieux vous guider. Merci

To claim for french nationality, your mother born before 16.08.1962 has to prove that her father and grand father were french citizens. Yours sincerely

My mother born on 1956 in tamilnadu villupuram district this detailed are mentioned in big birth certificate, birth certificate in pondicherry only my grandma all are settled in pondicherry, is there any chance for my mother to get the french nationality if applied.
