i reside in Nairobi Kenya and i had sent my passport no 740212516 by DHL Courier on 16/9/2011 and was received in your offices on the 19/9/2011 for issuance of new passport.Today i went to find out if the passport has been brought to your Nairobi embassy but was informed that they haven't yet received it.
