I would like to visit the UK but there seems to be no easy access to a phone number where someone can explain the process to me. I live in East London. I heard that I must apply for a visa in Port Elizabeth. I tried the internet but seem to be running in circles. Is there anybody I can contact for an appointment for a visa for my wife and I?
My Great Grandfather and Grandfather were born in England. My Grandfather was a Crown Servant in South Africa at the time of my Father's birth.
Am I able to claim British Citizenship/ passport through 2nd descent through my Grandfather ?

I am currently offered a job at Maids head hotel, the dwal is like shady i dont understand. What do you know about jobs there in that hotel.
I am only going to go next year to UK. My appt is next week. Do they stay 6 month visa dated the day you go for appt?
