Our British passports expired in 1998 and we would like to renew them. We still have them. Do we need any parents birth certificates and so forth? Can new passports be obtained in Port Elizabeth?
my mother was born in Britain as can be ascertained from my birth certificate how do I proceed with an application for a British passport
