• No legitimate employment agency in the UK requires you to pay them any money. All fees would be paid by the employer.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a free email address from Yahoo, Gmail, or similar services.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a telephone number that begins with +4470 (070). These are non-geographic numbers available to anyone in the world.

• No legitimate business requests payment via Western Union.

Mr.Thomas and James Scott are scammers
All house supervisor, house keeping, house cleaning, nanny jobs from Canada and UK are scams. No stranger is going to hire a stranger in India who he can't see, and pay them to fly them to their home and trust them with their family. It doesn't make sense. They could just hire someone in their own country who they know or could interview!

No real company hires you without an in person, face to face interview. An email or telephone interview is always the sign of a scam! No real company charges any money for a job even for a visa or work permit. Read: www.scam-job-emails.tk No real company or visa agent ever uses a free email address. Read: www.scam-email-addresses.tk No real visa agent ever requests you wire money into any bank account or by Western Union or Money Gram. Read: www.never-wire-money-to-strangers.tk No real company uses a telephone number that begins with +44 70, +44 871, +44 870, +44 844, or +44 845. Those are forwarding numbers which are not in the UK. Read: www.scam-telephone-numbers.tk Always Google contact information to find warnings. Read: http://www.giyf.com/

Please help
Dear Mr.Bharat Joshi,
It is heartening to see your earnest responses to issues raised. I would be very grateful if you could please look into the following issue.
I hold an unconditional offer of place from the University of Glasgow. I have also won a country scholarship award. My classes start on 13th Jan 2014. I have paid part of my tuition fees as well.
My Tier-4 student visa application was refused yesterday for only one reason which I fail to understand. The reason is that, the bank letter I submitted from State Bank of India does not meet the Tier-4 requirement. Also, the funds I hold in my savings account and flexible fixed deposits have been ignored completely. Hence, the refusal reason claims that I have not shown possession of sufficient funds. On the contrary I obtained the bank letters in strict accordance to the rules set in the UKBA website. Also, I have submitted my bank statements and letter from banks (in which I hold funds) clearly in excess of what is required of me.
I am now worried that I will not be able to attend my classes in spite of satisfying all of the set requirements and being a genuine student.
My Post reference number is CHENNAI/1587370.
Please help me as I write this with a lot of hope in you to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
Sincerely,
Vijay.

Best regards,
Vijay Kanna.
