No loan EVER requires an upfront fee! That never happens! Any fee would be taken out of the proceeds of the loan. Any request for an upfront fee in a loan transaction IS ALWAYS a scam!
I had put up an advt. in quikr.com seeking unsecured business loan. BISHOP RICHARD ANDERSON" of Catholic Church Loan Finance Firm responded to the Ad offering me the loan, but asked for some charges to paid upfront for sanctioning the loan.
When I asked for testimonials for the genuineness of the party, he has uploaded and forwarded to me his international ID card and Passport. He has also given the addresses and Telephone nos. of the firm both in UK and Delhi, as well as e-mail IDs of the parties in India who have taken loan from them.
I have e-mailed all the details to the British consulate in Mumbai, requesting them to let me know the genuineness of the whole thing.
Please let me know whether the above is genuine.
