you are quiet right bro , but out of 1000 case just only in one case it is possible ka home office apka case with draw kerla hearing ki date ana ka bad bhee wohh bhee tab jab koi sponsor uk sa lagatar correspondence kerta raha home office ka sath , possibility hai bikul 0.1 percent out of 100, maina ajj tak asa case nahee dakha lakin mai apko galat bhee nahee kata , or dosra apna aik bar documents bhaj dia na , then dobara ap bhaj bhee dana home office yeah tribunal main wooh apka pichli file ka sath shamil nahee kia jata bus aik hee dafa pori tiari ka sath apko appeal ka jawab ka sath send kerna hota hain

If u r willing to help someone then it's very nice of u.. And check list and documents information is available online... Ap bhee wahan say he information lein gay,Why not guide people to help themselves so they know what they r doing, and how.? Jee ap ney theek Kaha , k UK k solicitors only stand with u and the sponsor or representative has to speak in front of the judge.... But what will the Pakistani solicitor do at the hearing ? Be there through Skype ? Or just prepare the application for the person n charge fee? When all the required details r mentioned on the UK home office page..

Sir u said it is impossible for the appeal to be withdrawn after the hearing date is given ?? U said we can not submit more or update documents after the submission of our appeal.. If I'm right ?? But I have seen few people who's appeal has been withdrawn 2 days before the hearing date and even before getting the hearing date after the review date.. And the home office tribunal allows u to submit additional evidence and documents untill the hearing date or till the review date... That's what the tribunal representative says... Please correct me if I m wrong. Thankyou.

My case is still awaiting listing.. For date of hearing. Its been more then a month. I appealed in Dec 14.. Review deadline was 10 June. But my case was send back in march in 28 days by the ecm.. Is there any way to expedite the case forward???
