okay , but i am only telling people that if uk solicitor are good inuff then why they seak help from pakistani solicitor and ask then to make an appeal and grounds of appeal for there clients ,
Sir, it is ethically n professionally a very wrong move to leak out another firms private information. If ur good as it seems then u shouldn't be swearing and putting the professional firm down .. This is not right. We all understand u want to help n u Hv information, but not by proving someone low. Hope u will avoide such comments in future.
yaar yea question ajeeb nahee hai , jis ko pata hai ka 6 month ki pay slips deni hain woh 28 days wali baat nahee kara ga ,
bus apko updated bank statement dani hoti hain ,

bhaina uk barrister have different kind of other cases, in there country , ike criminal , accidental and many more thats why there are busy ,
they dont have that much cases of immigration the way we are sitting infront of jeery fedex ( visa application center ) and we are are dealing so many cases a day about settlement ,
uk solicitor are good but in other cases,
i swear to ALLAH there is a law firm in uk whoes name is mayfair solicitor , they pay so much tax per year in uk , but you know they give cases i mean appeal to my friend and to my brother and ask them to prepare appeal for them ,,,,,,,,
now you tell me if they are so good then why they ask some1 in pakistan to prepare appeal and cases for there client

N bank statement . I know the previous ones won't b within that time frame . Can u tell me though where is that written in rules or guidance notes ?

Kiyani sir, u can't sit in Pakistan an assume solicitors in da uk dnt have as much cases and experience as u as dat is not true, I waited 3 weeks to get hold of my solicitor as he was so busy wiv so many cases n he has years of experience
