apko notice of pending appeal ka jo letter ayya tha aus mai date kia likhi thi , basically notice of pending appeal mai apko aik date di jati hai deadline samja aus date sa pala apna apna refusal ka jawam tamam doc complete kerka dana hota hain
my solictor lodged appeal on 23 March 15 and got notice of pending appeal on 15 may 15 .after tht no update from Bhc to tribunal
dakha bhai hmrc aik bohat imprtant tax doc hota hain auska cahee tara sa complete nna hona per apka case refuse ho jata hain
dakha jab apka settlement case refuse ho yeah koi bhe tier ki category ka case refuse ho, jin cases per appeal allowed hoti hai aun ki appeal kerna ki deadline 28 days hoti hain and appeal ki fee 140 pound hoti hain , jab ap apni appeeal registered kerwa lata hain aus ka bad apko aik letter milta hai jis mai apko ECM ko aik deadline sa pala refusal ka jawab dena perta hain
apka application ko jo dakhtha hai visa dana ka lia yeah refuse kerna ka lia woh eco hota hain , or jo ecm hota hai wohh apka case ko review kerta hain ,
ap per jo refusal lagta hai jab ap auska jawab sab documents ka sath jis ki kami ho ap ecm ko send kerta hain
agar refusal mai alegation sakt na laga ho to ecm normal apna eco ka decision sa with draw kerlata hai and apko then home office sa call letter issue hota jisko apna apna passport ka sath and jo cheeza call letter mai namgi hoti hai aun ka sath vac mai jamma kerwani hoti hai
agar ECM satisfied na ho then woo apka case ko tribunal court ko bhaj deta hai judge ko,,,,
tribunal court apka sponsor ki city ka nearest court ki date da dati hai ka apka sponsor na tamam documents ka sath court pochna hota hain or home office ka aik representative bhee majood hota hain , apak agains case ko larna ka lia
ecm ki normal appeal ko speciall settlement ki appeal ko 8 to 10 months lag jata hain
baqi jis bhee mari bhain ko yeah mara bhai ko meri help chayeah kisi tara ki bhee
appeal mai
visit case mai
settlement case mai woh mujha call kersak ta hai and personal visit kersakta hai personally

razi bhai ielts is different then others english test provider or , sab test provider jo haina woh woh is yeah november tak valid hai i mean jinho na porana kia hai is sall april ka bad sa jo bhee spouse visa ka lia english test kara ga ausko sirf or sirf british council walo ka ielts test dana hoga nothing else

any update on appeal with august deadline?
The ECM review can take 8 - 10 weeks and then, if upheld, the case goes to the FTT. You have a date court already so one must assume your ECM review
bhc send the letter that tell us what is review deadline date .deadline and date is same thing.
