what do u want to ask?
whats catergory A? shaidoo
Usually you ask for a review while launching appeal. In ur case I feel that it's only 2 months before u can remove the objection whereas the appeal procedure can take over 6 months. My advice is that if u r able to satisfy ECO with ur earnings after may then reapply. But definitley consulting a good solicitor is necessary.
May Allah b with u and create ways for u to come out of this ASAP Aameen. but remember it is matter of time insha Allah.
Right so I can't do both as I needed to have worked self employed for 12months. Oh well lets see what the solicitor comes up with!!
Review is a request to ECO, to review ur case I don't know whether u can send additional docs. It is upto ECO to turn down his/her decision.
Appeal u file in a court against decision of ECO and if the bhc keep its initial decision then u fight the case in court where a judge decide whether the ECO decision was right or wrong.
What's the difference between review and appeal??
Refused!! Looks like I am going to be on this forum for a while!! They said because my second job was self employed I needed to be doing it for 12 months as I only started in may 2012.. Even though I gave projective accounts, which meant jack!!!
Thank you but lot of people don't know about this. Settlement cases takes up to 6 month but for those people who are national here. If anyone's husband/wife is UK national it should take up to 6 months rest all depends on your case.
That explains a lot, definitley since ur route is different that's why the decision was fast.
Good luck for future
