Hi all,
IT would be great if someone could help me related to My Wife Spouse VISA. I applied for my Wife Spouse VISA and submitted all the documents related to VFS in India. but onfortunately the bank statement for one month was missed in between no idea where and the Highcommission was chasing me and my wife to resubmit them. We tried our best to send them in time to the HighCommission but not sure whether they actually reached them or not as the e-mail IDs given hardly respond the VFS just says that they dont know about this.
few days back We recieved a letter stating that the VISA has been refused/kept on hold not sure what that means. I have sent 2 copies of the same document which they said are missing one to my wife and the other to emabssy my wife my wife got it but no idea about the other one sent it through Royal mail and they dont knw where it is(giving me more pain). I asked my wife to send the document to High commission and she did that and the courier service is showing that the reception of High commission has recieved it. Still no communication from anyone saying what is the status of application. the VFS website is showing that the DOB of the applicant is incorrect but their SMS service is showing in process.
the only query I have is whether we could submit the documets directly to Highcommission just to close such issues quickly or if I could submit them to anyone in UK itself.

All Hotel job offers are fake. No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in India to come to Canada or the UK! There are plenty of workers already in those country for those jobs.
