financial requirement
it is unjustice to ask people applying for spouce visa to get 18,600 anual earning, when most of even the banking staff or other managers cant even get that, the rules are just there to stop people being together with their families.i believed the new rules should be review properly

wife
my wife went to Fajara with her application for a family visit and was refused on the assumption she was going to do a 'runner' in the UK.My family has a lovely compound in Manjai,we have a beautiful daughter aged 13 who wasnt travelling, why would my wife want to do a 'runner'??? My wife was furnished with all my info whilst being interviewed but was never asked about me,she had my bank statements, the money receipts i send here each month,my numerous flight tickets, my acomadation in the uk,marrage certificate, etc, etc, etc. The only way it seems is through a costly uk solicitor,my MP has even contacted the kim who is head of the border agency who said she should have appealed,my wife is gambian and was unaware of that!Heres hoping for better luck this year as my friends and family wish to meet my wife Mam.I know the embassy staff have a difficult job to assess a person and the laws on immigration are getting tougher,i am in gambia from Dec till march,so wish me luck!

Re Refusal 3 times visit visa
i have a friend in gambia who has been refused 3times a visit visa? i invite my friend here 2 spend a 3wk holiday and he also has a brother here in the uk living here and these people still refuse without i feel good reason why he couldnt have a visit visa,2 of these applications were dealt with by an immigration solicitor and still NO VISIT VISA ,,,seems its all money and nothing in return..under human rights act isnt everyone entitled 2 take a holiday????? So sad we live in a world who treats people like all are bad dont you think ???

Visa and Refusal
The amount charged for a visa is to process your visa.I think is very wrong to be charging people the full amount of processing visa fee when they will never be issued.Above all no genuine reasons for most of the applications refused.
