Immigration Marriage Fraud
www.stopukmarriagefraud.com was started 18 months ago and now has 1,000 members all victims of fraud. It is estimated that there are over 1,000 cases a year in the UK. The Scams come from all over the world however we are seeing an increasing number from the Gambia and Senegal. Usually the spouse turns out to be already married. We would like to make links in Gambia with organisations or people who can investigate these cases by obtaining the hard evidence required for prosecution in the UK.

Friend to visit for two week holiday
I have been reading reviews for a friend to visit uk for a two week holiday is it really so difficult he has a job to go back to after the holiday. My family have known this guy for almost 10 years. What do we need to provide for a two week holiday?

visa declined
My husband and i have visited serrakunda for three years and have met a young gambian friend who is now like a son, we invited him to come visit us for 3 weeks in the uk. I loaned him the £80 for visa application we he has since repaid me. We are going to pay fir his keep whilst he is with us, he is training to be a chef and my husband is a retired chef, so he learns from mu hubby. He has been told today his application is declined as he is financially unstable. What does that matter. He is a nice young man with morals who is willing to learn, i have had no phone call or email to confirm my status, this is disgusting

no justice
when has the settlement visa being the same as short visa fees? And when does a normal visa application takes 6 months processing? We definitely need constructive reasons and answers hence the fees are non refundable and in fair time.
