To change Visa
Dear Sir/ Madam
I am an Iranian student studying in UK. I have been living in UK from September 2005 as a dependent on my father who was also postgraduate student in UK. My visa is going to be expired, I need to apply for extension of visa. My visa should also be changed to student visa, for this I must return to my country to apply student visa. As Embassy of the UK is still closed in Iran, I am going to apply the visa in Turkey. I would be very grateful if you let me know (1) If I have to appoint a time before coming to the Embassy in Turkey? (2) Is it possible for me to go for this in British Consulate in Istanbul?

Yours sincerely

Farhad

Hi, how are you?
I'm Fahad from Syria. I have got a BA in English literature (with a good average) and would like to continue my postgraduate studies(MA) in one of your universities. I am unable to join the university here due to the terrible humanitarian conditions in my country.
I Speak English , Arabic ,Kurdish and good at Turkish .
I've been teaching English since 2006.
I do hope that you can inform me ,as soon as you can, about the possibility of studying in your country.I hopefully look forward  for a positive response at the following address :

Working in Turkey
My son arrived in Turkey 2 days ago. A Turkish family member had said he would arrange to help him find work and there was no mention of a work permit etc. We now find out he needs a work permit. Is there any way you can help my son please as he will run out of money soon and either needs to get work or fly home. Thank you Lesley Martin
