I am a British passport holder and have been living in the UK for 8 years. I'd love to visit my daughter, her husband and my niece.... for even two weeks. How can I invite them as the Iranian embassy in Tehran is closed..... what are the process like

I am to undergo surgery in the U.K and my surgeon thinks it would be of physical and mental benefir for my mum to be here whilst i recuperate. how do i go about applying for a visa for her.Can she just present inturkey with a copy of my surgeons letter

I NEED YOUR HELP TO GOT BACK TO THE UK AS HUMAN NEED HELP RUN WAY FROM WAR .

Dear sir/madam
I am a british citizen I am 55 years old and been living in UK for the past 35 years .
I am enquiring about how I may be able to bring my sisters little girl who is six year old to uk for six months . while my sister is having cancer treatment in Iran .
My sister : Elahe Javady age of 31 married her husband is a shopkeeper .
My sister was diagnosed type 4 cancer and the doctors told her she has six months to leave if she don't have operation and chemotherapy .know she has had parts of her stomach removed and has to go through with chemotherapy for 8 session every three weeks each lasting for 3 days . then they have to do more test for further treatment .me and my wife helping her financially with her medication .
To help her further more we would like to look after her daughter for six months so she can go through her chemotherapy .and have some time to recover .
I would be great full if you let me know what is the procedure . They do live in Iran and unfortunately there is no british embassy in Iran so do I have to apply from turkey or can this be done from uk.
I would appreciate if you could e-mail me the information it's required .

I and my wife and my son(13 years old) living iran and we want to apply uk visa for family visit from embassy in turkey ,do we need to be all in appointment time in turkey?and do we must waiting during our visa process in turkey or we can give back our passport and planing our time ?please write your experience or advise.
