I am an iranian, I have applied for tier 4 student visa a week ago from Ankara, still I am in Ankara and I do not know how long should I stay hear until to obtained my visa result? Am I have to stay hear for too long until the visa result will be ready?

I m iranian, i have indefinite visa.
I travel to iran and they took my new passporThe and they not let me to leave the cuntry, i manege to get to turkey and I have my indefinite in to my old passport. They say is out of date I can't fly home with that and they don't know what should I do? Help me plzzzz

Two days ago i visited the British Embassy with my friend Mr. Yousef Al Rifai for an emigrant vesa . When we went to the Empbassy at mornong policeman at the door give us parer in arabic and he said "you should call then nimber on the paper '' after ten attempts to connect a girl answerd and told us ''I can not help you should go to the British Embassy''.Then we went to the Embassy again then the polis man told us '' you should go to behind Sheraton hotel ''. we went there with out any anger up to now but when we arrived to the behind hotel and ask a Employee about having visa he told us there is no thing called vesa . we are not boys infront of him my friend 55 years old and I am 26 years old and I am civil Engineering I am not football on your clerk. I want to meet the embassoder to have my For the right I am a man and have a right at first and then I want to get emigrant vesa and thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to read my message.
Two days ago i visited the British Embassy with my friend Eng. Mohand in Ankara. You will not believe your ears and eyes about what happened there. We went there to apply for an emigrant vesa since we are Syrian citizens. So, i went to the vesa's centre, behind Sheraton hotel. First of all, those very negative people received us with some good lies. By the way, they are very good people at telling lies. For example, they told us there is no thing called vesa. They are a group of silly people. It is better to leave them work for a petrol station rather than work for a respectful embassy. All i need to give them a note to treat people in more respecful way. Also, i want to meet the embassoder to get that vesa. Finally, i have been teaching English and Arabic languages for 10 years. Morover, i am the author of Practical English Grammar book.

Hello, could you please enlighten me about the Turkish insulation laws. Is every house/apartment to be externally insulated by 2017 or have all buildings to have an energy efficiency certificate by 2017? All information I have read is conflicting and confusing.
