I am inviting family to visit me in Spain and have to supply a letter of invitation and proof of property ownership etc. To be submitted to the Policia Nacional. Plus a fee of E76 euros for this service. Is this correct?

Hi. In fact we are a tour operator from Comoros islands, ( Comoros Tour safari) and we are set to travel to Spain as for experimental European standard tour services hosted by "Temps viajes" to learn from the 20th October to 27th October 2012(returning to Comoros on the 27th of October 2012) on a company travel. I wish to know how it will take to process my visa, and which one I should apply for, and how much it will cost as well as bank details if need to wire the application fees as soon as possible.
The quickest option would be great, as I have already purchased flights tickets. Please let me know as soon as you can.
We shall attached our company invitation letter as weel as hotel booking and other required documents.
It will be a great opportunity to experienced the spanish higher standard of tourism services and contribute to the tourism developpment of comoros company.
Many thanks
Best regards

Among the requirements for my student visa application is having accommodation for my entire duration of stay which is 3 years or so.
The problem is,I start class on the 12th of september, I found out 5 days ago that I have been accepted, and I was told from the embassy that they need proof of accommodation for my entire duration of stay and that my hotel reservation, until I find a place to rent, is not substantial. I cannot just pick a place from the internet and rent it, I have to go there & find a suitable place. I cannot apply for a visitors visa, then go find a place & come back to apply for my student visa as I will miss more than a month of campus due to the processing period.
I need a solution as I have run out of possible solutions.
We have been to a few Schengen States but never have we found such efficient service. They are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will be travellinga again to Spain in August and we are looking forward to the same speedy efficient servicxe
