Declaration for the Court in Spain
My Lawyer in Spain has informed me that the Court in Spain have asked me to attend The Spanish Embassy in Gabon & make a declaration stating the following:

My address in Gabon, details of my employment in Gabon & how long I expect to stay in Gabon

I live & work on a Ferry in Gabon I am a British Subject but I have a property in Spain I am "self-employed"

Should I phone first to make an appointment?

Will there be a charge for this declaration?

What documentation, apart from my Passport, would I need to bring with me?
