Cannot access the VFS Global

My niece has requested that I take her a Springbok skin when I visit her in Spain next month. Will this be allowed if I have a letter stating that the skin has been properly treated?

My sister-in-law, Anna Magrietha Adrianna Ward,ID 5505150220088, died in Orba, Alicante on 23 July 2014, three days before she was going to return to South Africa. Cause of death unknown. Trip to Tenerife
Good Day
Please could you advise me on how I can acquire a Schengen Visa in order to visit Tenerife during my stay in the UK (I have a visa for the United Kingdom). I live in Durban and the only Spanish Consulates are in Pretoria and Cape Town.

My husband has a South African passport, and requires a Shengen visa to visit Spain in October. I have a British passport. Where do we apply for the visa and does the cost differ as I have a British passport
