Your banking details are not available as I would submitt my visa application on Monday 12 Feb 2012 and already transfer fees today. Further, I wish to confirm whether I need a letter of invitation to visit my two under age children living with my ex-wife. I was told that Spain charge an extra 90 euro's.

Spain is best in soccer only but not in their education system.

I really regret for your misinformation and I found that you mentionened only the High rank soldiers of the Rwandan Army.Be aware that you are signifying all Rwandans that you were allied people in the Genocide of 1994 in Rwanda.Some of officers you mentionened were not active as combatting soldiers.Please do make sure that what you said abides on consience and you can now know that you are liars for ever and ever.
Those who were implicated in the killings of priests or nuns are extremists Hutu also known "interahamwe" but not the actual army.
